"An Act relating to wavier of tuition and fees for certain family             
members of a police officer killed in the line of duty; and                    
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 334(FIN)                                                
"An Act relating to waiver of tuition and fees for certain family             
members of a police officer, a village public safety officer, or a             
fire fighter killed in the line of duty; and providing for an effective        
date."
